[ Must read before considering an appointment with Dr Ganesh ]

It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion. As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to excellence.

1. How can I book an appointment with Dr Ganesh?

Booking an appointment with Dr Ganesh is straightforward. The first step is to obtain a referral from your GP or specialist. We recommend emailing a copy of the referral to us (referral@specialistpainclinic.com.au) for expedited processing.

2. What happens after I provide the referral?

Once we receive your referral, we will text you to acknowledge receipt and provide details on how to request further correspondence from the Specialist Pain Clinic. You will receive a welcome letter, a privacy form, and our new patient questionnaire by mail. However, to expedite this process, you can send us a request via email to: referral@specialistpainclinic.com.au

After completing these forms, please return them via email or by post.

The Specialist Pain Clinic does not have a permanent clinic location for you to deliver your completed forms in person. If you are having trouble returning your forms, please get in touch with us on 0423 333 176 or by text.

3. How soon can I expect an appointment after submitting the forms?

Once we’ve received and reviewed your completed questionnaire, we will contact you to schedule or discuss an appointment. We aim to schedule initial appointments within 1 week, or as soon as possible, at one of our clinic locations.

You will need to provide the details of your claim and the name of your case manager on the new patient questionnaire we send to you. This is so we can email a letter to your insurance company requesting pre-approval and funding for your appointment with Dr Ganesh. Once we receive an outcome from your insurance company, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
